Retail & Admissions Manager

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail & Admissions Manager to join our team! 

A great role for someone with previous retail management experience looking for a new challenge, the Retail & Admissions manager will be ensure the smooth day to day running of our Guest Services admissions and retail areas at Mead Open Farm. 

Responsible to lead a team and the running of the department, this role is fully accountable for all guest admission, memberships and all retail on site, ensuring the shop is an integral part of the visitor experience. 

You'll need to have the ability to identify new retail opportunities withing the shop and online, as well as looking for other opportunities on site and through our seasonal events. 

Having an eye for detail and a flair for displays and seasonal changes is vital, helping to enhance the visitor experience and drive revenue.

You will need a flexible approach to working shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
