Introducing KidsOut, Our Chosen Charity for 2024

Here at Mead Open Farm, we are delighted to support Leighton Buzzard-based children’s charity KidsOut as our Charity of the Year 2024.

Mead Open Farm will help KidsOut to provide Fun Days to children in refuge. Enabling local disadvantaged children to enjoy trips to Mead Open Farm and experience a fun day with animals and play areas. The children that are supported by KidsOut – like those in refuge and siblings of the critically or mentally ill – face restricted access to local opportunities. Fun Days bring these disadvantaged children into the community, enhancing their mental wellbeing and social inclusion.
