Hire Our Four-Acre Event Field

Our Four-Acre Event Field comes with a water point plus a fully covered alcohol license for your event (until 1am).

We can also allocate a dedicated parking area with notice.

When hiring Mead Open Farm’s Four-Acre Event Field, you will need to cover the costs toilet hire, cleaning fees, security and Duty Management fees which will be provided by us. 

If you require electricity at your event, you are welcome to supply a generator but it must comply with our framework which will be sent to you at request.

You will also need public liability insurance that covers up to 10million.

You are welcome to bring in your own caterers but private bars will need to pay a commission fee and corkage. All caterers must have a five star hygiene rating and will need to complete a risk assessment.  

Mead Open Farm can also offer a catering service depending on the event. Please discuss this at the time of booking to find the solution for you.re

Unfortunately, the Four-Acre Event Field cannot host:

• Music events Mead Open Farm does not have control over
• Religious or political gatherings

Please note this list is not exhaustive and Mead Open Farm retains the right to deny events at their own discretion.
