FAQs
Our fireworks event starts at 2pm and ends at 8pm. Last entry is 5pm with the fireworks scheduled for 7pm.
Your ticket gives you access to Mead Open Farm from 2pm - so feel free to come and stay all day!
If you arrive after 5pm you will not be permitted entry.
From 6:15pm, we will start moving to the fireworks field a short distance away from the main entrance.
As part of your ticket, you’ll have access to all our indoor and outdoor play areas, including our rock climbing wall and sky trail, all of our animal activities and barns, our end-of-show disco and, of course, our fireworks display.

All indoor and outdoor activities will be open during your visit however, some may be closed from time to time due to weather conditions.
Please note, our indoor play will be running in timed sessions.

Yes! There are a number of places across Mead Open Farm to purchase food and drinks:
Grainstore Kitchen - 2pm to 6pm (last orders 6m)
Our award-winning sit-down restaurant serving hot meals including burgers, hot dogs and fried chicken.

Fireworks at Mead Open Farm is a sold-out event and no walk-ups will be permitted. Please only attend with those who have a pre-booked ticket.

No. Fireworks is a ticket only event and you cannot turn up on the day unless you have pre-booked.
No. There are strictly no sparklers allowed.
Due to recent bad weather, our fireworks field may not be suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. However you will be able to view the fireworks from the car park adjacent to the fireworks field.
Please note, there are no toilets in the fireworks field. The closest toilets to the fireworks will be the main farm - roughly a five minute walk.
