How much is a school visit to Mead Open Farm?

Do schools have to pay for teachers and adult helpers?

For school groups only, a ratio of 1 adult to 4 children is allowed free of charge. Extra adults are charged £6.50.

What do you do special for schools?

We allocate a time for rabbit cuddling, a Tractor & Trailer ride, lamb feeding and if you wish, we can give the children a special talk about 'What's in your Sandwich?'.

Can you supply gift bags for the children to save time?

Yes, we supply gift bags at £1.50, £2 and £3.

We have a designated picnic room for you to use.

Is coach parking free?

Yes, coach parking is free at Mead Open Farm.
